This City and Guilds level 3 Diploma will introduce you to a new and exciting career in energy assessing. Our fully qualified trainers will ensure the course is presented in an effective and co-ordinated method. The DEA course has been developed in order to qualify candidates to undertake Domestic Energy Assessments and produce an Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) to meet the requirements of new EU legislation for a domestic dwelling. EPCs are a mandatory requirement on all residential marketed properties and rented accommodation and can only be produced by a fully qualified and accredited DEA. After successful completion of this course the candidate will be able to register with an EPC Accreditation scheme.
